Excellent food and service! The 31% deal was great savings and a great treat. The snacks were also very delicious. Definitely recommend!
Be the first to ReplyA solid hot pot spot in Century City.
This location is beautiful and really clean! We stopped by here on a weekday and caught their week day specials/happy hour. We were able to get our broth, protein, and veggies for a fair discount. Upon being seated our server was extra attentive giving us aprons, baggies for our face masks, and even a hair tie for my hair. He went through the menu making sure we knew to take advantage of their deals. We ended up getting the spicy pork bone soup base and tomato soup base with about 3 orders of their angus beef short plate since they were $1.99 per order during happy hour. We also got some extra veggies, fried tofu, and each of us opted for sauce bar to accompany our meal. The food did take a bit to come out but we used that time to make our sauces at the sauce bar which was very stocked and organized. Once our food came, we didn't hesitate to feast. The tomato broth by far is the best broth. The spicy pork was very okay. The veggies were very fresh and they gave a fair amount for lunch. As for the protein, the deal was too good to pass up considering how their protein plates are usually very pricey during non happy hour. However, the angus beef was SO chewy and fatty. It was incredibly difficult to bite through no matter how long we tried to cook the meat. We definitely learned our lesson not to order it again even if it's super cheap. Overall experience was honestly amazing here. Customer service was excellent. The food was honestly really good considering their happy hour deals. They even honored their Yelp check-in dessert too! Their happy hour deals are great if you want to enjoy a more high end hot pot experience without breaking the bank. We'll definitely be coming back on a weekday again!

Wow. Just wow. THIS IS THE BEST HOT POT IVE EVER HAD! We came here for our first time on a date night and had the best evening!! We got the Miso soup base and the spicy pork broth and although we were slightly overwhelmed at first with all the options, our incredible server Damon walked us through the whole process. Every single staff member was delightful and were ready to answer any and every question we had (we had a lot). Also meeting the panda mascot was the best moment of my entire life. It's his 30th birthday y'all! We had an amazing time here, a delicious dinner, and I can't wait to tell all my friends about it and come back!!

Great service always feel welcome. We eat there about almost 1x a week. Highly recommended!

I've been here three times now and each has been better than the last. I really love the egg dumplings and the quality of the tomato soup base. Their sauce and cold food bar is also great. Huge selection kf ingredients for your sauce including some ground meat and thai chili sauce which you normally don't get at hot pot restaurants. Always come here for hotpot in west LA.

When the time came for the bill, the waitress who entered the order into the tablet for us said we didn't order the soup correctly so it was a $30 extra charge. The manager was kind enough to adjust the bill. Great Hot Pot and a good bar selection.

This was one of the best hotpot experiences that I have been able to go to. The service was amazing. Our server always checked up on us and explained how everything worked when we first arrived. The food quality was excellent and there was a lot of variety. The soup bases were fun to try! I highly recommend this place for anyone but especially for hot pot beginners. It was a great environment, very lively!

We made reservations for an early dinner at 5:45pm because we had our 2 young grandkids, & were also celebrating the birthdays of our 3 adult kids. Keno (our main server) & Ray provided outstanding service. They explained their process, showed us how to order on their iPad, delivered our orders, & always refilled our water cups & fresh napkins. The ambiance was fun & friendly. They gave us cute plastic aprons, small plastic bags & lens wet wipes for our cell phones. I found the women's bathroom to be modern & clean with upgraded automatic Toto flushing toilets, automatic soap & water dispensers, & hand dryers. Packets of dental floss, swab sticks, & paper towels were on the counter. A mouthwash dispenser was on the wall, but no cups (unless the sticks on the counter were to soak the mouthwash & be applied to your tongue?). The extra $5 for the dancing noodle is worth the entertainment. We ordered 4 soup bases for $22: pork bone, tomato, mushroom, & miso. (For our future visit, we would replace the mushroom with a spicy broth.) Our orders were: Kobe Beef Belly ($22), Seafood Platter ($31), ribeye ($26), beef tongue ($22), mixed meatball platter ($9), duck blood ($10), fresh egg noodles ($5), corn ($5), crown Daisy ($7), Napa cabbage ($7), vermicelli ($5), udon noodles ($5), bamboo shoots ($7), 4 bowls of white rice ($8), flying pancake ($6), & spring rolls ($6). The sauces were $5 each. The 2 grandkids platters were free with a cute pig Bao, yogurt drink, 2 potato? puffs, & other items that I couldn't see.The 3 birthday adults each got a huge slice of tasty coconut cake & watermelon balls, & box gifts of chopsticks & toys. I am short & sat on the outer corner, & it was easier for me to reach the hot pot by standing up.With 20% tip, our total was $336.06 for 7 people. We were very full & now have great memories!

I am glad I went here with a friend for my birthday. The food was a bit pricy, but it was worth it.
Be the first to ReplyHigh quality meat.
Veggies and side dishes were fresh. Broth has lots of flavor. Several sauce stations available so you don't have to stand in line, variety of sauces/condiments available and were very clean. Service was excellent. Kids get a free meal with Dino nuggets, fruits, bao and yogurt drink. It is a little on the pricey side. But overall, it was a great experience, place was clean, would return.
Be the first to ReplyI had a great experience here.
I was a solo diner. The staff was super informative as it was my first time there. I'm always in the mall and finally had a minute to stop and have a long lunch. I try to treat myself to an expensive (by my standards) lunch every now and then. Haidilao did not disappoint. The lunch crowd was not too noisy and the music was a vibe with 90s to contemporary R&B. The food was great. I had the Mushroom and Japanese Miso soup bases. I had the cabbage and dancing noodle with two plates of meat. It was a nice $70 lunch. Definitely will go again and next time I'll bring friends.

Be the first to ReplyWe took our friends here on a Friday night.
It's their first time ever trying hotpot. They loved it. Service was okay. I have noticed changes in their services at both Arcadia and Century City locations. It's just not like before. But It's still the most authentic hotpot in West LA.
Be the first to ReplyThey run a solid operation.
Clean, quick, and good tasting hot pot. I do like the sauce/dessert/appetizer station which gives a lot of choice. I do notice a drop in quality with some appetizers, especially the seaweed. It's also not very cheap, but you pay for the modern ambiance. Overall I would come back again.
Be the first to ReplyPretty pricey, but the service is good.
I really liked the haidilao I went to in New York. Even if you're slightly hungry, it'd be better to go to an AYCE than being 75-80% full for the same price as an AYCE in LA.
Be the first to ReplySuch a fun experience.
Robots serving you. We had 4 different hot pots boiling. Food was delicious. Beverages were tasty and got you lit. Prices were high but you pay for the environment as well. Service was impeccable. They offer you a plastic bag for you phone as well as a hair tie. I definitely come back.
