We made reservations for an early dinner at 5:45pm because we had our 2 young grandkids, & were also celebrating the birthdays of our 3 adult kids. Keno (our main server) & Ray provided outstanding service. They explained their process, showed us how to order on their iPad, delivered our orders, & always refilled our water cups & fresh napkins. The ambiance was fun & friendly. They gave us cute plastic aprons, small plastic bags & lens wet wipes for our cell phones. I found the women's bathroom to be modern & clean with upgraded automatic Toto flushing toilets, automatic soap & water dispensers, & hand dryers. Packets of dental floss, swab sticks, & paper towels were on the counter. A mouthwash dispenser was on the wall, but no cups (unless the sticks on the counter were to soak the mouthwash & be applied to your tongue?). The extra $5 for the dancing noodle is worth the entertainment. We ordered 4 soup bases for $22: pork bone, tomato, mushroom, & miso. (For our future visit, we would replace the mushroom with a spicy broth.) Our orders were: Kobe Beef Belly ($22), Seafood Platter ($31), ribeye ($26), beef tongue ($22), mixed meatball platter ($9), duck blood ($10), fresh egg noodles ($5), corn ($5), crown Daisy ($7), Napa cabbage ($7), vermicelli ($5), udon noodles ($5), bamboo shoots ($7), 4 bowls of white rice ($8), flying pancake ($6), & spring rolls ($6). The sauces were $5 each. The 2 grandkids platters were free with a cute pig Bao, yogurt drink, 2 potato? puffs, & other items that I couldn't see.The 3 birthday adults each got a huge slice of tasty coconut cake & watermelon balls, & box gifts of chopsticks & toys. I am short & sat on the outer corner, & it was easier for me to reach the hot pot by standing up.With 20% tip, our total was $336.06 for 7 people. We were very full & now have great memories!
