We have been in Madrid for a week and this was not only the best meal we had in Madrid, but one of the best ever. It is located in a cute part of Madrid, Chueca, I believe. We had a bottle of Lambrusco, the pumpkin ravioli, tagliatelle with truffles, the duck, and finished with a tiramisu. We even had a couple of espressos and a grappa. I only list all this because it came to about 150 euros for a Michelin starred restaurant. Amazing experience, amazing meal. Go...the service matched the meal.
An Italian abroad would love it
I was taken by my boyfriend for his birthday during a weekend in Madrid and I must say that we loved it. It is Italian cuisine in some dishes, I dare say especially the starters, a little revisited. Don't imagine a veal with tuna sauce like your grandmother's, but nevertheless very interesting and good! As per the waitress's advice, we took the tajarin with truffles, take them because they are worth it! All very good (we didn't try the desserts) if we have to find a flaw, the final price was a little high

The artisanal pasta is worth trying
The place is small but pleasant. Very attentive service with a friendly Italian accent. None of the dishes on the Uber menu, dedicated to truffles, disappoint. The noodles with fresh truffle, egg yolk and Cacio Nerone are sensational!
A joy for the palate
We took the tasting menu: sublime. Everything perfect: flavours, combinations, presentation of the dishes. Well done everyone. I believe a star will arrive soon. Highly recommended.
A Gourmet Gem in the Chueca
A small excellent gourmet restaurant in the Chueca district of Madrid. Each dish on the tasting menu was beautifully presented and delicious. They ranged from an oyster in tomato sauce, a sushi of boquerones, to tortellini and steak tatare. The steak tatare was one of the best I have ever had. The service was friendly and attentive. We went there twice during our week stay because it was so good. Not inexpensive but worth the money.
Exceptional
When we went there was the option, in addition to the menu, of three tasting menus, of which we had already reserved: Vuela! Exceptional experience of Italian gastronomy with Asian touches and with the truffle always present. The handmade noodles, with fresh truffle, egg yolk and Cacio Nerone cheese is perhaps the best pasta dish I have ever tasted. With a place with more packaging and a little more "show" it would be a candidate for more recognition.
Simplicity and haute cuisine
Restaurant with good service dynamics, simple decor, but very high quality food. I highly recommend it!
Definitely worth trying
I had dinner here with my boyfriend. Very elegant place, it doesn't do Spanish cuisine and you know where you eat well there's an Italian behind it. Egg as a delicious starter as well as the second course of meat (tartare). First I had the tagliolini with truffle with egg, homemade tagliolini and you could taste it, garnished with grated cheese (a little too much even though I love cheese) and very good truffle. Second course of purple tortelli filled with jamon and parmesan. Classic tiramisu slightly revisited good, another dessert with mascarpone and hazelnut "crispy". Slightly salty bill if I may say, a glass of wine (not abundant) €20 and water €4.
Excellent Tasting Menu and Great Service
We discovered this restaurant just walking by, and were happy to see they were willing to take us without a reservation. The service was so attentive and friendly. We chose the tasting menu Vuela, which was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Just a beautiful experience that left us satisfied. It surprises us that the restaurant has not been awarded a Michelin star, as it easily beats other places that we've tried with stars. We will definitely be returning here on our next trip to Madrid.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
