Fuego by Mana North Miami Beach Reviews from The Last Year
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! COMPLETELY UNFRESH FOOD!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! COMPLETELY UNFRESH FOOD! Speaking with the manager Marco was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! My wife and I got food poisoning after receiving our Chicken and Meat just 2 minutes after placing our order. This clearly means that the food was pre-cooked and left out, compromising its freshness and safety. I complained about the food poisoning, which occurred the following day, and Marco admitted that due to their high volume of orders, they do pre-cook the food. However, he insisted that I was the ONLY person who had ever reported food poisoning from their restaurant. Furthermore, he kept ARGUING with me, claiming that food poisoning symptoms only appear after 3 days, essentially accusing me of LYING. According to him, the customer is always WRONG. Since reading other comments about Fuego, I’ve realized they spread this misinformation to other customers who complain. Therefore, I’ve attached here information from the CDC.gov, which clearly states that symptoms can appear anywhere from 30 minutes to 8 hours after eating contaminated food. It’s alarming that Fuego has a manager who not only disregards customer complaints but also poses as a medical expert, spreading FALSE CLAIMS to customers. I have NEVER experienced such disregard and blatant disrespect from a restaurant. Their policy seems to be “we are right, and the customer is always wrong.” This has been my WORST EXPERIENCE with restaurants in Miami. They don’t even deserve the 1 star I’m forced to give.

***PLEASE show the video! I didn't eat your disgusting food! You are a liar, and a bully, and are just enjoying writing nasty comments to people who leave you a bad review like it's a joke. SHAME on you. FOOD POISONING following a meal at Fuego, I reached out to the general manager, Marco. He was extremely combative saying it was impossible we were sick because it takes 3 days, and we were sick the next day. Anyone who had ever had food poisoning knows this is BS... I have over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, and I know that customer feedback, especially regarding health issues, should be taken seriously. Fuego has become a cheap restaurant, serving only reheated meals, and disregarding the safety and care of their patrons. I will report this matter to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. While kitchen errors are forgivable, mistreating a sick customer is inexcusable.
WARNING: Dine at Fuego at Your Own Risk! Attention all:
WARNING: Dine at Fuego at Your Own Risk! Attention all: Fuego, led by Mark V Aquinin, stands as a stark emblem of how not to run a restaurant. Beyond the dire service lies a deeper issue: the food quality, which is abysmal at best. Overpriced and underwhelming, the dishes serve as a painful reminder that not all dining experiences are worth the adventure. What's worse, any critique of the culinary disasters served here is met with disdain by the owner himself. Mark V Aquinin's replies to negative feedback are a showcase of neglect and disrespect, offering a window into the establishment's disregard for customer satisfaction. Before you decide to dine at Fuego, do yourself a favor and read the owner's responses to unhappy customers. You'll find that the only thing more disappointing than the food is the contempt with which diners' concerns are treated. Proceed with caution: Fuego is a lesson in disappointment, where your palate and wallet will both leave unsatisfied.

Meat meat meat
The BBQ platter is great for two to share. Friendly staff. Good deserts. Good for big parties as it’s big. Plenty of parking.
Incredible! In town from Los Angeles and my husband said it
Incredible! In town from Los Angeles and my husband said it was the best steak he has ever had. Service was excellent and they really make it fun if you are celebrating a birthday. Hands down an amazing kosher restaurant. A bit pricey but worth every penny.
The prices are pretty high, but the food is fire.
I don't care what you get, you have to tell them that it is your birthday, they make a whole crazy party. WHAT A VIBE. SO much fun. we came, they got us a table quickly and we enjoyed our food to the very last bit. Very highly recommended
Great service and fun vibe.
Our waiter was super nice and attentive and made for a pleasant experience. Food was just OK. We got the pastrami egg rolls and BBQ wings to start. The filling and sauce for the pastrami egg rolls was excellent but I expected the wrapper to be much crispier for an egg roll. The BBQ wings were probably the best thing we had that night, crispy, tender and flavorful. My daughter got a kids burger and the fries were great burger was a bit dry. I got salmon for my main, which was cooked well and came with a nice sauce. Crème brûlée for dessert which was ok. Nice flavor but had a weird film underneath the brûlée topping so the texture was off. It's fun for the experience but not somewhere that would be at the top of my list for my next trip to Miami
The food is phenomenal.
The service is great. Nice ambiance. If you are planning on going out to eat there make reservations in advance the place can be jammed some times
Perfect kosher restaurant The Stake is very high level
Perfect kosher restaurant The Stake is very high level 420z Slade is grate Highly recommended restaurant
Something serious happened here yesterday.
We were a party of 5 this included my 3 year old son. When we sat down to order I explained to the waiter that my son has allergies to sesame and eggs. I asked if it was possible to order chicken skewers and white rice and sliced cucumbers for him. He said yes. I emphasized to please let the chef know of his allergies and the waiter told me not to worry. Of course i trusted him which I shouldn't have. 20 minutes into eating his food I noticed him start to itch his face. The place was to dark for me to actually see anything so i grabbed him and ran outside to the light and his face was full of hives. His mouth covered in hives. My husband was outside at the time and i yelled to him we have to get medicine. I do carry an epi pen but he wasn't wheezing at the time just really red and hives all over. Our 2 friends that were with us stayed at the table. We ran next door to the market and bought medicine at winn dixie. They called 911 and we waited for a paramedic. They came within 6 minutes. This is not something that should ever happen to anyone else.. I am so traumatized. I will never take my son to another restaurant again.. I called our friends and told them what was going on. They told the waiter and a supervisor. They asked if we called 911 on our own. Thats all they cared about is their liability. They charged them for the service $500.00. My husband and i were is shock. I emailed them and called them over 20 times and have yet to hear from anyone. They did not come out to check on us they did not ask anyone anything. Please please please if anyone has allergies do not eat at this restaurant because they obviously dont care and its unfortunate because people can lose their lives. Thank Gd my son is ok now but the trauma that we all went through was horrible. He is only 3 years old. Fuego should be ashamed of themselves for not even trying to see if he was ok. And be ashamed of yourself for charging us after what you put us through. Be very ashamed of ignoring my calls and email. Pathetic

Became too much of a factory and getting you out as fast as possible . The waiter argued with us about an item we didn't order and was extremely pushy . Not the same place as it was in the past. If you want to spend a lot and not receive service , this is your spot

Newbie sellers— how fast do your reservations sell?

I have some reservations coming up tomorrow that have gotten lots of views but haven’t sold yet. I haven’t made a sale yet since I just joined this week. I keep lowering the price, but am worried they won’t sell. How long did it take you to sell your first reservations? And did you have success being reimbursed by AT for no-show or cancellation fees? Just looking for a little reassurance. Thanks!

You should probably cancel prior to the cancellation date per the cancellation policy. I would imagine you would only get reimbursed for a sold listing if you happen to be charged?

My first sale took about a week. But as the other commenter said stay ontop of your cancellation windows. There’s no reimbursement for those so make sure you cancel in time then just try again.
