This place is authentic and DELICIOUS! We did the pasta omakase which is available by reservation Monday-Thursday dinner and it was worth every penny! The dishes are well curated and the waitress was excellent in helping us pair wine to the courses! Highly recommend!

Theresa "T-dog" was a super star and provided great service as well as excellent recommendations. Don't let her nickname fool ya, she's as classy as it gets! Bar area was not large. Luckily we were able to use OpenTable to make a reservation to sit at a table in that area 10 mins before arriving. Bread is not complimentary although it was fresh baked and pretty good. Especially liked the fresh ricotta drizzled with honey it was paired with. Ordered the sliders without the foie gras, were good and paired surprisingly well with the cacio y Pepe pasta. Some cocktails were 1/2 price but were 1/2 the size of their normal cocktail. A couple wine choices offered were $9 and a regular pour. Ordered their famous meatballs (not listed on the menu) which included 3 and were delicious, they were $38.

Beautiful experience! We had one of the best dinners we've had in a while. In a time where the service has greatly declined we were pleasantly surprised by the overall service of the whole restaurant. From the hostess's to the bar and mostly at the table. We were never missing anything and the recommendations were spot on. Diagna made sure we were taken care of every step of our dinner. Our table was always clean and the food was to die for. Must try the wagyu beef cappelletti, lobster ravioli, and the Zuppa inglesa for dessert.

Overall enjoyable dining experience - the meals were superb and the service was what tied it altogether. While all employees whom we encountered stood out in their efforts to make it a seamless experience, the sommelier, Erik, was who truly shone in his attention to detail. He really made a sure we were taken care of and strived to pair the perfect choices in our menu together. Highly recommend to those who enjoy a timeless, delectable meal.
Be the first to ReplyMushroom appetizer is amazing.
Lobster Ravioli with good size pieces of lobster, although in my opinion the tail portion was undercooked, but delicious. Side dish of mashed potatoes were tasting with truffle flavor throughout. Dessert was good but not over the top. Loads of staff so things went smoothly with drink refills to finished plates removed. The noise level was not quiet but not so loud as to interfere with a conversation. 2 Iced Teas, 1 Glass of house Cabernet, the two 3 course Valentine dinners, a single table side of potatoes was $578 before tip. Have your wallet ready.

A very attractive restaurant with exorbitant prices, haughty service, food that is overpriced, served cold and small portions. Left hungry and went to whip 'n Dip nearby for dessert.

Heard great things about this place so decided to stop by and try it out. We were greeted upon walking in and seating was instant, we were sat at a very small table (which bummed me out because I was instantly thinking about how I won't be able to order all the things I want to at once) but overlooked it and ordered drinks right away. We were presented with a palate cleanser made with roasted veggies and pine nuts which was very interesting as well as delicious, we then ordered and started to eat right away as it all came. We got the 1/2 DOZEN OYSTERS, WAGYU FILET MIGNON "SALTIMBOCCA", BLACK TRUFFLE SPAGHETTI ALLA CHITARRA, WAGYU BEEF CAPPELLETTI... Alllllll delicious and extremely well prepared. Portions were fairly small but we did expect something like that due to its recent Michelin star service, so I was definitely still a bit hungry shortly after dinner for its $480 price point but overall it was still a GREAT experience. Service was exceptional and Burak went above and beyond to take care of us the whole way through. Big thanks to Fabio and the whole team!
Be the first to ReplyAbsolutely exquisite food.
Service is beyond amazing. Portions are perfect. The ceviche is to die for and such a large portion for their appetizer. Excellent restaurant and excellent food. Would come back in a heartbeat.

The food and service were top notch. The music was on point. Everything was good and the waiters recommendations were all good .

I have never in all the years that I've used yelp , never have left a bad review for a restaurant as I respect the industry and how hard people work . However, in what I call a Complete disappointment and disgrace... I came here with group of peers , celebrating a huge milestone for my friend who just bought a commercial property and recommended this spot, this place ruined my experience and embarrassed me. Here's what happens , we ordered from a fixed menu. I brought a Key lime from key largo for my friend as a gift for all of us to eat and celebrate . What does the restaurant employee tell me? If I cut the key lime pie , they will charge us 12 additional dollars to eat MY FREAKING PIE I bought. Mind you ,the fixed menu was appetizer , entre and dessert. After 5 mins of disagreement , they said they will give us a credit. 32 bucks off a $600 bill ? All because I wanted to eat my own dessert ? No thanks this place is a scam don't even bother coming here . The food was mediocre at best. Worst experience I've ever had and quite frankly I am looking for an apology from the owner.

Fiola is fantastic! Service was wonderful! Food was outstanding. For those on a tight budget and with exquisite taste, go between 4-7PM. The food and drink happy hour menu will not disappoint. For the ones that like to splurge, don't miss out on this place!!
Be the first to Reply$400 dollar diner for 2 .
.. a salad, 4 raviolis, a pretentious dessert and an OK bottle of wine. Awful service, it's almost as if they are doing you a favor to serve you. I've been looking for a decent Italian restaurant for a while here in Miami, this was definitely NOT it. You can find better pasta at a good pizzeria. All hipe, absolutely no delivery

My husband took me to Valentines Day dinner at Fiola restaurant. We were repeating customers. They had only Valentines Day special 4 course menu, that's all, no other choice. I can't say that was much to choose from. Food was minuscule, and I cannot say it was anything special either, not much of a taste. I had a ribeye, which was tiniest 4 pieces of meat nothing else, I ordered medium and I got raw. Menu had no prices and drink menu had their regular prices, but when bill came, everything was doubled. Tiny mojito cost $ 40.- and bottle of wine price was doubled up from regular price on the bill. Service was slow and I had to ask to light the candle on the table. When my husband made a reservation, he asked lot of questions but doubling the price was never mentioned. Unfortunately our Valentines Day dinner was more of a rip off dinner, Bill was over $700,- dollars and we left the restaurant hungry and disappointed. We will not return to Fiona again. Miami has so many wonderful restaurants to choose from. They certainly lost 2 customers!

If you like style and grace for dinner then this is the spot. Hands down one the best restaurants in town now. Be ready to spend but it's worth every penny. You won't be disappointed.
Be the first to ReplyI dined here last week while in town on business.
I've been involved in the hospitality industry, in one form or another, for over 30 years. I worked in management for Phil Scotti's restaurant group in NYC, as well as for Siege hospitality group in Nashville, among others. I must say, from the moment we stepped into Fiola we were treated like VIP's. The 2 hosts at the door greeted us warmly & sat us right away. Kevin was our server & his attention to detail was impeccable, he left no stone unturned & we could feel that he was 100% invested in creating a memorable experience for us. Maddy did bottle service for our table & she was equal amounts professional & charming, just delightful. I had a question about the menu & not only was she knowledgable about the food, she was excited to talk about it, which is rare in most restaurants these days. Chef Dan came out to greet our table at the conclusion of our meal & made my guests feel really special. My only complaint is that the room was a bit chilly but that is just a minor detail when the food & service was so stellar. All in all, Fiola was topnotch & I will definitely recommend & be back!!

Feels like money when you walk through the door, in the best way, of course. Walls and rooms lined with wines and a 50-page wine menu to accompany your dinner are one of the many delights you can expect while dining here. Plus, their menu isn't bad either, but it does change. This is a great place for a special occasion, date night, business celebrations, etc. The crowd here is more "mature". Service is great. The food was very good but definitely on the pricier side. I'd recommend:-meatballs - super tender and moist-honey bread with cheese - great balance of sweet, salty, creamy, and crunchy-simply grilled branzino - delicious grilled and smoky taste-strawberry cheesecake - deconstructed and fun to eatOther dishes I thought were okay, but better elsewhere were:-pappardelle bolognese - portions small and could have been a bit more al dente-tiramisu - strong chocolate flavor, but I prefer classic styleValet parking is $12, or you can find street parking nearby - pay by parking application. Overall, it was a very nice experience but make sure to come with a nice budget to dine. I went back and forth between giving this place a 4 or 5 but ultimately given the price in comparison to other fine dining experiences, and ultimately being a foodie, I felt that there was a little discrepancy between the two.

Great place with a wonderful vive, this place for a good reason is extremely popular. The food is delicious with well balance flavors. A very extensive wine list, you will not be disappointed in coming here for a spectacular evening.

Be the first to ReplyWe went for New Years Eve.
Food was really and I fell in love with white truffles. Service was excellent! The $35 for a slice of chocolate cake and $125 for the dover sole (no sides) was a bit much. Over $700 for two people so this is a special event place.
Be the first to ReplyThis was my first time at this restaurant.
We had a private room for a party of 10 the service while good sometimes, the food was the best overrated and overvalued. They don't have a sommelier and the server had no clue about wine selection. Given the fact that it was a private party my expectations would be that they would not rush us out, but this is Miami and this is just a place to be seen. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone

I'm not a regular but I have dined at Fiola on more than a handful occasions. My 4 star review is for my usual dinning experiences. My 1 large group experience does not deserve 4 starts, that would be a solid 2.5. Therefore my review for each is separate.Dining ExperienceTheir staff is extremely attentive. If its cold outside, you're being offered a blanket, of something drops you're getting a replacement. If you come for an early lunch you'll likely get 2 staff members waiting on you. The food is very good. Not the best Italian I've ever had but everything tastes NY Italian authentic and fresh. In particular we love the meatball, fisherman dish, lasagna, and tiramisu. Fiola is great for a date night or executive lunch, you know you will eat well and be taken care of. Large Group ExperienceWho would have thought that a restaurant with such good service would be terrible booking a larger group table. I was hosting a surprise dinner for my best friend as Fiola is her favorite restaurant. One of my friends called and made the reservation and gave them my number, I was then called and told there's might be a conflict but that unless I hear from them we were good to go. We were told we would have over of the private rooms to host our party of 11. I never heard from them again. On the day of, guests arrive a few minutes before the reservation and were told there's was no reservation. I call while doing my best not to be heard as I'm chauffeuring the birthday girl who is being surprised. I ended up speaking to a manager who tells me "someone" called to cancel my reservation--could not and would not give me a name. There were only 2 people involved in planning and I was the point of contact and I never called. We were told we couldn't get the room and that they would accommodate us outside in the heat and humidity. My friend at the restaurant then tells me that the manager I had *just* spoken to said that I told him that we were not coming. I was so angry because that was never said and I'm doing my best to deal with this without revealing anything to the birthday girl. I text the manager as I see the number I spoke to him on was an iphone telling him that I don't know how there was a miscommunication but that we would most certainly be there and we're only a few minutes away. He responded saying they were making the arrangements. My friend at the restaurant handled the rest but I was never apologized to by the manager that gave us so many issues ended up helping serve the trable and would not and who also made eye contact with me throughout the dinner. It was truly a disappointing experience and I would never host more than a table of 4 again. I personally wouldn't go again after such poor customer service, however, my dad considers one of the dishes to be his favorite so I'll likely be back and side eye than a manger.
Be the first to ReplyI was not expecting to get this good Italian restaurant
I was not expecting to get this good Italian restaurant outside of New York City, especially after having a terrible experience in Dallas (See my 1 star review for Avanti Restaurant yelp.com/biz/avanti-restโฆ) but this one truly knocked it out of the park. Why does this Michelin Star restaurant not have a NYC branch?Pasta Omakase, hands down. Not sure how often they change menu but when we were there a month ago, it was exquisite. The first item, Fetuccini with caviar on top is my #1 favorite. If you can get that, get it. Drink menu is extensive and the waiter gave us good advice on pairing. We appreciated that. The rooftop next door is a nice touch. Sure, the view is probably better during the day there since at night, there isn't a whole lot to see since there are basically just dark forrest around you but the atmosphere and their drink selection would make up for it. Defintiely will be back next time in Miami. And note to the management, please, consider coming to NYC as well!
Be the first to ReplyFiola is such a good choice.
When thinking about good Italian food (upscale) fiola always comes up. The restaurant is elegant and charming with a very friendly staff that makes it even better. Food here is delicately prepared and plated. Do try the ceviche and the lobster ravioli. I would say that everything in the menu is delicious. It is also recommended to get a side dish as most entrรฉes are on the smaller side or maybe get a couple of appetizers. Service here is impeccable so your experience should be easy and spotless.
