We had a reservation with friendsand we can say the place has to improve the welcoming process. First it was Covid time and there was a ward at the revolving door, Ok, but the ward was standing 10 feet away from the door and calling you to come to him , very surprising such a bad education as he should stand in the position at the door to check the customers. Even if the guy is hired by a private security corp, the restaurant manager has to check the behavior. After first first bad contact, you enter the very tiny lobby that is packed, very surprising during Covid time and another bad surprise, despite we had a reservation and came sharp in time we had to wait maybe 20 minutes, I was about to leave if this was not the birthday of one of the friends with us. The restaurant decoration is somewhat austere but it is ok. Service is average, nice people but long and not very professional. Fortunately the meals were great and the wine list well documented even if prices were rather high. All togather, a good experience that could have been great with better care of the customer. This is supposed to be a luxury place and the bill is according to it but the service is closer to mass customer fast-food
