Excellent spa experience
In April I took a day to go to Vitality Spa at Corendon hotel new-west and had an excellent spa experience for the day with a wonderful, very relaxing massage by Minamba. All very friendly staff at the spa. Also very clean and hygienic. Thank you
Best hotel, only hotel I would recommend in Amsterdam
The best hotel I have ever stayed at, the only hotel I stay in Amsterdam, the only place I would recommend to friends or family, the staff are the best part so welcoming especially isabel at the desk. Down to the rooms and spa and restaurant were just amazing, the most relaxed I felt in the hotel, the restaurant was amazing the buffet in the mornings were amazing a different variety ( as I’m picky) I’ve stayed here for the past 3 years when I come visit Amsterdam. I really couldn’t get a better hotel and for the price amazing 💗
Very disappointed by no free use of the swimming pool.
A major disappointment that there are photos of a swimming pool (facilities) on Booking, but you have to pay €19 per person for this. We had chosen the hotel for this purpose for the children, but I find it ridiculous to spend such an amount of money looking for fun in a small swimming pool! I didn't expect this for such a room price. The children were very disappointed. The charging station also did not work and unfortunately the fault was not resolved before we left. We did have a fantastic evening with the children at Italian restaurant Villa Borghese, which is within walking distance of the hotel and that made up for a lot. Highly recommended for dinner!!! The Spanish lady at reception was very friendly and arranged 2 rooms next to each other, apparently this had not been realized during the reservation. The rooms themselves were neat, tidy and fully equipped, but not again for the above reason.
Excellent and comfortable experience
We had an excellent trip and passed lovely days in your hotel. Aysen and Morin were lovely and friendly, thanks for everything. Also breakfast was so good , we cannot find in many other European countries. Rooms were comfortable and good designed .
Welcoming vibe with follow thru
Farhan @ the front desk was super helpful with information on what to do and how to navigate the Metro and Tram in Amsterdam. He did look ups of all interest we had and offered great suggestions He followed thru before we left and set us up with Taxi for our return to Airport.
Good hotel, but enough to improve
A good hotel (spacious rooms, big bathroom), but some things can be improved. When going to the toilet at night, the only way to get light in the bathroom is by the sensor, that fully lightens up the room and makes you wide awake. I asked for a ergonomic chair for working at the desk in the room, while they agreed to arrange it, they in fact didn't. The minibar lights didn't go out, they always kept shining, resulting in an annoying amount of light while sleeping. Walked to the reception, they said they would send help. After 30 minutes no one arrived. Did walk to the reception again, but without any result. Even when I came back the next day after work, it still wasn't fixed. Next to that the temperature regulation didn't work. In short, the food (breakfast and dinner) is very good, but regarding the rooms and service there are some things to improve :)

Wonderful vibe, relaxed and nice and green. Maarten helped us a lot, great for events. Near Amsterdam, parking in front of the door. Tralalalalalalalala took a lot of words but I think this says enough. Enjoy them all, greetings to all

Our stay at Corendon Hotel was the best one we've had in all of Europe so far. When we walked in, we were greeted with friendly faces and able to check in to our room four hours early! The room was excellent; It was so spacious and had a very nice bathroom too. There was also complementary flavored water in the lobby and an optional all you can eat breakfast that was SO GOOD. The staff offered us options of things to do around Amsterdam and recommended their favorite local spots. We are definitely going to stay here again in the future!
Fanatasic colour used through out the hotel.
Am very sure everyone who visits will love to stay for a minimum of two weeks, they was a conference area which I had seen but didn't have time to visit as I had some other meetings in the area

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

I had a bunch of resys and they cancelled them all and now when I get an alert and try to book it says the reservation is no longer available... has this happened to anyone else? Any recommendations on what to do?

Anyone can help with payouts, support hasn’t been helpful at all. My funds cleared and I can only retrieve $50 usd a day with a $5 fee and a % per transaction. It would take so long and so much in fees. Thanks!

I am having a tough time contacting and elucidating a response from AT Support. I had a listing at 6pm, which was a mistake as the actual listing reservation was at 11pm. This got somehow approved by AT, and a customer bought this from me for 6pm. I want to cancel this listing and refund customer , but there is no way of doing this ! This is so frustrating and making me lose hope on AT. Can someone help me please?

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!

I'm a bit confused, since my money has already been deducted from my credit card for the bid, do I need to pay one more time for the Buy Instantly? You can only deposit $50 at a time until you earn the “Sales and Low Refund Medal” I believe. Im new to this as well but the ability to deposit more money at once and increase your amount of listings comes with that medal.
