Cisco Brewers Kitchen & Bar New Bedford Reviews from The Last Year
Service is good.
Food ok, fish taco were ok, I have had better, didn't taste the mango sauce. And fries for my hubby's burger were not cooked thru. Margaritas were very good.

Another wonderful experience at out favorite south coast spot. The food is always outstanding. In addition to a wide array of beer there are great cocktails including unique and inventive specials. Our bartender Patrick is a true professional really enhancing the experience.

We went to this restaurant after a funeral service for lunch, the food was great and the staff was amazing. We were a huge group of 20 people and they were efficient and super nice. The restaurant was sit up special for us with a huge table and it was a great dining experience.

Cisco is a classic, and this location is no comparison to their Boston summer pop up! The ambience in the beer garden is top notch, with food trucks and drink trucks scattered about and great music always. The restaurant is superb, and despite service sometimes being on the slower side, I am sure it's because it is always slammed! If you're planning on eating in the restaurant, be sure to make a reservation so you don't have to wait upwards of an hour or two in prime time. I had the herb roasted chicken, and my friend had the teriyaki chicken, both of which were great! Not dried out, flavor was excellent, and sides were good. Heard good things about their sushi, so will be testing that out soon. Would always recommend Cisco New Bedford for a casual, fun summer evening!

Food was pretty good and so were the drinks I'll say that for a positive. The service trying to put a lobster fried rice we took to go not so much was stopped trying to leave to put our leftovers in a cooler in our vehicle in the parking lot not so much. Simply asked to put it in the vehicle while my wife purchased us drinks. Moral of the story if you wanna stay and drink after dinner don't take leftovers or just go home. Illogical idea to not let a paying customer to walk into their parking lot to put leftovers away. Won't be back for a while

the hardest thing about graduating and going back to my home state is leaving behind these sushi burritos

I've purchased the chicken banh mi before and the amount of chicken was proportionate with the bread size . However today I ordered this for pickup and noticed on the 1st half the amount of chicken was very limited but then I saw the same for the other half. There was barely chicken on my banh mi (see picture) and I paid close to $20 for this. I did go during a busy time today either way not sure what happened.
Food here is always great.
Incredible atmosphere especially at night. Entertainment, games and great food.

Zoey was the BEST server!!! She took such great care of my bestie, her kids, and myself!! She was an absolute saint & helped entertain our two year old guest!! She had great sushi, food, and drink recommendations including her specialty drinks that need to be added to the menu ASAP!!! The blueberry & raspberry lemon drops are the best things I have ever had!! So thankful for her making this the best experience for our first time here!!!!

Clam chowder was horrible made watery and potatoes only, no clams. Fish and ship was a joke. This was a take out order, no napkins, ketchup not utensils given. They tried to charge me $10 more than was they quoted me over the phone. Nice location but the food quality is not that good.
Choose your adventure
A great place for groups. It is more of a rowdy campus than a staid restaurant, and that is a compliment. So many different ways you can enjoy yourself indoors and out, clam shack, or sit down dining. Lawn games, live music. Right on the ocean. It's pretty spectacular. They may be a little too ambitious with its rambling menu, but by and large everything is really good. You can't beat it for a place to socialize. They were certainly nothing like it on the south coast.
Good food on the water
Great space right on the water in New Bedford. I went here with my daughter for lunch recently and had a wonderful time. We sat at the bar for some beers and lunch. There's an abundance of fresh local seafood on the menu as well as burgers, salads, soups and appetizers. There is a full sushi menu as well. My daughter had the veggie burger. She said it was excellent. I had the pork ramen. Tender shredded pork on top of soft ramen noodles with assorted vegetables, hard cooked egg and ginger broth. Lovely. Large portions, well prepared food and good service. We'll be back.
Better for socializing than for food or drinks
Cisco is located outside of the city core and offers dining inside and outside, at picnic tables or on a rooftop patio. There are corn hole and jenga games available for the outdoor beach patio patrons. There are also several pop-up bars and retailers on-site. We showed up too late for the live music (perhaps the only place in New Bedford that offers live music on Mondays or Tuesdays but only until about 8:30) and it looked like the staff were pretty much done for the night too. We chose the rooftop patio and ordered “top shelf” margaritas and the in-house seasonal craft beer. The margs were nothing close to top shelf. For food we had chowder, a sushi roll and a platter with oysters, shrimp and a tuna tartare. The oysters were the smallest I’ve ever been served (two were about the size of dimes) and the mignonette it came with had tipped over before the plate was placed in front of me. The tartare came with no crackers or anything to serve it on, and we didn’t even have cutlery or napkins on the table. Meanwhile 3-4 servers chatted behind the bar, pretty much ignoring us. Maybe this place caters to young adults who are out to party and don’t care about the food, drinks or service, but it really missed the mark for us.
A cool set up with an awesome outdoor space for shopping, games, and gathering!
We stopped here on a whim and had an awesome meal with Sophie as our hostess. We both had a salad and my Buffalo Chicken Caesar salad was to die for. I had ranch with it and the flavors melded together to make it a memorable salad with a taste I have never experienced. Not sure why or how, but I will definitely be trying it again when we are traveling in the future.

Prepaid Reservation Fee

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
