So a visit to famous Ciprani in the Wynn Las Vegas never
So a visit to famous Ciprani in the Wynn Las Vegas never disappoints. For a quiet little lunch or full blown dinner it's a little bit of Italy. In fact you'll feel like you're on your own 200 foot yacht. Go live a little. Nautical theme not overdone. Very tasteful down to the content video of the sea in the "powder rooms" details folks - they matter. Everyone is Italian or it seems. I've been to Italy countless times and the friendliness of the people is so great and I find the same here-- always trying to please. It helps to have an accent too! So stopped in for a favorite- the Carpaccio , a simple pizza and a great red wine. What's not to like. The Carpaccio was Devine - just thinly sliced filet mignon with a light sauce dripped over the top. Light horseradish? Can't remember. Oops. I loved it. The pizza had the thin crust of an authentic Naples pizza - loaded with pure mozzarella with basil leaves mostly underneath - a true slightly black crust on edges and you ate teleported to Italy, this is not Pizza Hut. Thankfully. White tablecloth of course servers in "white" aprons giant smiles. Frankly I couldn't ask for more. Go. Enjoy. Mange.

What happened to Cipriani?? Unfortunately, nothing was good.
Be the first to ReplyReally enjoyed my meal here.
Start with a great margarita pizza and some misto fritto , the misto was just ok and probably would not get again. Then I had the genovese pasta and I am very picky about how it's cooked and this was perfect al dente. We finish with the vanilla meringue cake and it was delicious. Our waiter was great and really took care of us. I would recommend Cipriani for a nice Italian meal.
Be the first to ReplyLocated within the shops at the Wynn.
My buddy and I ended up coming here after his shift was over. He recommended to different type of food that they had offered. It was definitely more of an upscale experience. Which I guess is something that you would expect being in the Wynn. Cipriani, has locations worldwide. The food and overall experience was exceptional.
Be the first to ReplyThe Bellinis here were so tiny.
Lol. I've never seen a Bellini served in such a short glass. The tuna tartare was very fresh tuna, but I like it more when this dish has a layer of avocado on it. Some people at a nearby table (or the restaurant, I'm not sure) sent my friend and I a complimentary double shot of mezcal and a Tom Collins so it made up for their signature tiny Bellini that tasted like a mock tail-- so we were happy. The pastas were very good! We got the pesto and the rigatoni with veal ragu. The portions were excellent because we had leftovers and I love that. The service here was amazing I will say. The ambience was nice too. For dessert, we got the vanilla meringue cake and it was the BEST thing here imo. Definitely some of the best vanilla cake I've had, and I'd definitely come back here when I'm in Vegas just for that.
Be the first to ReplyAwful.
The restaurant claims they did not receive the order until I called when I saw that it was not going to get delivered until over an hour after I had scheduled for it to be delivered. I placed the order 24 before I needed it, anticipating that the restaurant would be busy. I called and the manager was extremely rude and took no accountability for their mistake. The food that I received was horrible. Tasteless and was obviously thrown together last minute. What a waste of money and time!!! I will never visit this place again.

I read a previous review that said this place should be embarrassed to be called Italian food, among other terrible reviews, yet I felt the need to try it for myself... I wish I would have trusted my fellow yelpers on this one. I had the Rigatoni Veal Ragu - the pasta tasted like it was from a box & Far too "al dente" The fusilli was limp, like it had been served from a buffet line at an all you can eat truck stop. The final insult was the price. Who lied to this establishment? What makes them think that their plates command the prices? Take it from me & the other dissatisfied patrons in these reviews - eat somewhere else. Anywhere else!
Be the first to Replywe just came back from a great lunch at cipriani.

Always simply amazing the food and service is amazing always:) ambiance so nice they pay attention to detail for sure
Be the first to Replyunderwhelmed.
Average food and service. Expected a lot more for Las Vegas. I can get this level of food and service at my local restaurants back home. Does not rise to the hype. Ambience was good and white table cloths were a nice touch. Service staff felt like that they wanted to rotate our table and wanted us to leave, even though we were only there a little over an hour. Took 15 minutes before they took our drink order after we were seated.
Be the first to ReplyFood was horribly overpriced and bland.
The burrata was runny and tasteless. The artichoke salad was acidic and didn't even have a single artichoke in it. The lobster risotto was HORRENDOUS. The lobster was so chewy and over cooked it was sad. The drinks were weird as martinis are served in shot glasses and def not worth 18 dollars. I can't believe this place is functioning at such a poor level with such a huge price tag.
Be the first to ReplyLiterally not worth it AT ALL.
the only thing worth eating was the bread sticks they bring in the beginning. Ordered a endive/avocado salad that literally looked as if someone chewed it and spit it on the plate. Tasted equally unappetizing, no salt, no flavor. Literal mush. Also ordered friend calamari and shrimp. I was entitled disgusted upon biting into a shrimp and realizing they HAD NOT DEVEINED the shrimp. Since it was battered I couldn't tell first hand. But after picking at the others hoping it was just that one, sure enough all of them still had the vein in. To add insult to injury the shrimp also seemed old and had the worst texture. An establishment as this, with servers, manager, waiters hovering over you every second literally couldn't manage to simply devein shrimp. They lost me after this, also ordered a pasta also equally unseasoned and bland. The only edible thing was the branzino but under no circumstance will I ever patron this place. Don't waste your money. So many other restaurants that are worth your money.
Be the first to ReplyBland elegance.
The food was mediocre. What really stood out was the service and the drinks from the bar. Our waiter was top notch - he knew the menu, was experienced, and provided great explanations. From the bar, our lemon drop and amaretto sour were outstanding. As for the food, this place is severely overrated. The scallops were cold by the time I got them and the two salads we ordered had absolutely no taste - the beet and asparagus salad and the heirloom tomato salad. The tomato salad would qualify as misrepresentation as it was a bowl of cherry tomatoes with one-half of an heirloom tomato sliced on top of it. Everything needed salt or flavor. The Bedford by Martha Stewart (Paris) and the Mayfair Supper Club (Bellagio) easily surpass this place.

3.5. the ambiance is a little bit cold despite the fact that they have all the books on the walls. The service was very good and attentive though everything came out really quick and I think that's a plus if you're not trying to have a romantic date night or something along those lines. We ordered the artichoke and avocado salad, the special ham taglioni, and split the Australian waygu. We had the millefeuille for dessert and it is a very generous portion that is quite easily shared..Artichoke and avocado salad was fine it came with a generous portion of fresh parmesan but it could have had a little something. It was a little bland it could have been fitted by a little vinegar or a little pepper something to make it more well-rounded. The famous pasta dish was again fine it didn't blow my mind and for the price and the reputation I kind of felt let down. It was ham and cheese and carbs so it was delicious but again kind of bland. The Australian wages steak was cooked to perfection and very flavorful and well seasoned but it was weird that they served it just with a dish of plain roasted potatoes. No seasoning besides salt, no cheese, no sauce of any type just plain potatoes. The millefeuille was delicious and huge I highly recommend sharing this easily among two people perhaps four. Now that I've been there I don't really feel any urge to go back

Be the first to ReplyThe energy and setting was great.
The Martini portions are sad and food was just aversge. Lobster Risotto was fishy.Prices were Vegas High. Servers wanted to rush us, but once they realized we were buying wine and 3 course dinner, they were great.Won't be going back.
Be the first to Replyi mean everyone knows the name.
The Cindy Crawford photo is the best part of the restaurant. that tells you all you need to know. Peace in the Middle East!

Love this place!! The food and drinks are amazing as well as our bartender & waiter. Our hostess was a tad rude but I chose to ignore it since the rest of the evening we had excellent service and a excellent dining experience.

Cipriani is Excellent! One of my favorite Italian Restaurants in Las Vegas. We have visited a number of times, and have never been disappointed. Top notch food and excellent amiable service. Beautiful ambiance as always! A must in Vegas.... I recommend the BAKED TÄGLIOLINI, and the pan seared sea scallops. Make sure you order the Original Bellini cocktail too! It's Devine!

Be the first to ReplyThis place is terrible for being a high end restaurant in
This place is terrible for being a high end restaurant in the Wynn. Everything we had was completely bland and lacked almost all flavor. Steak tartar was literally ground beef with olive oil and nothing else. Calamari was flavorless. Pasta was incredibly boring. Pan fried lamb shank flavorless. The only item with any flavor was the spinach. Their "signature" martini was also a joke. Just a shot glass with a martini in it. This is the worst restaurant I have been to possibly in my entire life. I rather eat Olive Garden or Buca de beppo. Staff also made us order our drinks, appetizers, and main course at the same time because "they were busy" not that we wanted to spend anymore time in this place than we had to.There is zero chance I will ever go to a Cipriani again.

Had desserts only here and my goodness it was all so delicious and authentic! Not super sweet but def quality - how I like it. The gelato was my fave - super huge portion that comes with a side of chocolate syrup and deliciously roasted hazelnuts! The vanilla meringue and tiramisu was a hit as well!

My favorite breakfast and lunch while staying at the Wynn! Decor as if you're on an 'old timey' yacht and the food tasted as good as their cocktails, which are prepared by very nice tenders with pleasant smiles.Get the pizzas...

Made our second visit today after four months from our first. We were more impressed the first time around, may because it was just new. This time, the food wasn't as good, certainly wasn't as flavorful as last time! Lamb chops were very fatty but the appetizers were OK. There's got to be some extra additives in the food or the sauces as well that makes a couple of us feel really crappy later on in the evening! Overall, the service is a little lacking if you get there before 4 o'clock in the afternoon, when they change shifts. The dress code is supposed to be "casual work" and it was literally just walk in with anything you want to have on today including what looked like some shorts from your local discount store. I do get that some of them were from Alexander McQueen but the dress code says no shorts for men! Other another note, we were celebrating a birthday and noted in our reservation and they forgot the candle on the desert! That's a big thing, especially when it was a big birthday! Don't know about the men's room but the women's bathroom only had one stall operable, but that's not the point, and that stall was a mess with urine all over the toilet seat and the floor and pieces of t paper etc. etc. all over the floor. Not to mention NO toilet paper or Kleenex tissue at all in there! I'm not gonna recommend this place to anybody. Pretty sad because the first trip was what gave us hope to come back here again and it was no good, overall! Pretty sure this all has changed since Steve was ousted because Wynn corporation obviously doesn't care. Nor do most of the front desk/hosts. And to top off all of this experience, there was a crying child a few tables away for a good portion of our meal, not being patented at all, when the website clearly states that children under five are not allowed.

Cipriani has become a regular dining staple when visiting Vegas. The location is in the heart of the luxury stores so once we're done shopping, we head to Cipriani for lunch. Reservations are not needed at the time of lunch, however they are needed for dinner. We always like to try new dishes when we dine here. So far we've tried the following:Cucumber Salad With Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes And Sweet CornCarpaccio "Alla Cipriani"Margherita pizzaHomemade Ricotta Gnocchi "Al Gorgonzola" Or "Alla Guardi"Homemade Spinach And Ricotta Ravioli With Butter And SageFilet Of Dover Sole With Lemon And Capers Served With Mixed VegetablesAll meals are very good and I can't wait to try new courses when I return.
