Average food level, Service issue
Food overall level was between 3 out of 5 (we had several entrees and mains). 1-2 where 4. Beer- no draft beer available (nothing from the list in the menu). Main issue is the service: 1) dined around 6pm (only out side is open before 6). One guy serving the whole area, which means he gets to you in large 'gaps'. Dishes arrived very quickly after we managed to place the order. 2) There is an 'auto service charge' of 20% (!!) built-in the bill. And this is continuation to para 1) I wrote above… Staff is very kind and warm and the atmosphere (outside) is fine if you like the 'bar' atmosphere.High chairs and if crowded-there is a lot of talking and a bit crowded

I had a great time and will definitely be back the ambiance was so nice and chic! the staff was great our waitress was Hannah she was such a sweetheart, food came out fresh and hot my date and I did not wait long and just soaked up the scenery.

We had a very nice experience mostly because of our waiter, Stuart. He did a very good job and was super attentive. Food came out quickly and drinks as well. The reason I didn’t give 5 is that the food lacked “punch” or the little extra. It was good but not “wow”. If it wasn’t for Stuart there’d be one star less. Ambience and decor-just WOW!

Place looks good and has a nice environment Not all items on the menu where available The items that were available were very very bad. duck dumplings tasted like $1 usd supermarket food, ceviche was bad, they did not had tuna,. Attention was very poor. Price is expensive for such a bad experience. First and last time there. Not worth wasting my time, money and appetite.

I was born and raised in South Fl. And have visited many restaurants in my time living here. I have even worked in hospitality and never have I ever seen such unprofessionalism in my entire life. I never knew it was possible for a restaurant to fail at every aspect of customer satisfaction all at once. That is exactly what happened on Valentine’s Day 2022. First you should know how important this day was for my fiancé and I. We have had a rough couple of weeks. My entire family and I were all sick from Covid back in December around the 28th and were sick for 4 weeks straight fighting for our lives. We slept through the ball drop on New Years, and our anniversary which is 1/8, was spent with me struggling to breathe and on oxygen due to Covid Pneumonia. We have not had a single break or chance to celebrate anything so Valentine’s Day was supposed to be the opportunity to make up for the weeks we have spent recovering. This dinner was booked weeks in advance, priced at $95 per person for a prefixed 4 course meal menu. So we expected a level of pristine service which would be provided to us at any other restaurant at this cost. However, This is how it went. When we arrived for our reservation which was booked for 9pm, we arrived at 8:55pm, and were told the table wasn’t ready due to the previous reservation still being served. We had to wait 35 min in 57 degree weather at the bar drinking cold drinks until our table was ready. We finally get to the table, which was a tiny short wooden round top table no more than 18 inches wide, and sits about 3 feet off of the ground. The wooden chairs were by far most uncomfortable to sit in and creaked with every move you made. Terrible choice for patio furniture. That was our second disappointment thus far. We are now waiting 15 min for anyone to even approach our table and take the first of our 4 course meal order. This is where it all got worse. The waiter came back 15 min later asking us if he can take the order for our second course and I stated we were confused because we never even received the first order and he apologized and went to the back only to say the system said that we did receive it, which wasn’t factual. He assured us the appetizers would be out shortly even if he had to take it from another table. I kid you not, I quote him. So clearly another server did exactly that to satisfy their table at the expense of ours. As we continue waiting for our first serving, We looked around and noticed each server attending to their tables with only one plate at a time so we were obviously not the only table being mishandled. However it was aggravating to watch people eat for not 5, 10, 30, 40, but almost 90 min of being there with NO FOOD. Nothing but water served in dirty cups with finger prints and even lip prints on the rim were ever brought to our table and that is when I had to leave. But before I did.. I had the opportunity to speak with the manager who seemed to not have a handle on anything that was going on. I told him that we have been sitting here with no food for almost an hour and a half and that in 10 more minutes I am going to leave if nothing changes. He didn’t seem to care much at all about the situation and simply gave me a very nonchalant apology. As I tugged my purse on my shoulder while being seated I was ready to walk out, and then 12 min later, two plates finally arrived only to be the wrong order. It was from a completely different course and one being the most despised dish For me which is Fioe gras. I was now not only extremely upset but triggered and disgusted. I got up and told the manager that they ruined Valentine’s Day and there was no excuse for the way this reservation was handled, and that I was extremely disappointed and upset expect not to be charged since there was a credit card placed on file, all he said was “you will not be charged.” And that was it. We walked away. It was disgusting how he as a Manager handled that entire situation. Fortunately we managed to find a lovely place close by that accommodated us and completely went above and beyond to make up for the mishaps at CH’I. I would never go back to that restaurant again. The only person who did their job correctly was the bartender in the front while we waited for our table, I will say his drinks were delicious, I believe his name was Pierre V, it was on our receipt. No one else did anything correctly and this Restaraunt definitely needs to go under new management if they want to be successful. It was complete chaos, everyone was scrambling just to disappoint. And I heard complaints coming from tables surrounding ours which frustrated me even more. However the table to the left of us was getting the full treatment. Nothing more frustrating than sitting down watching people eat for almost 90 minutes. With all of the restaurants in South Fla. I would highly recommend you avoid this place. I wish I didn’t have to leave one star, but I do, so that credit will go towards the bartender in the front who was the only good thing about this place.

Terrible service. We had to wait 30 minutes for the order (which is super short). The waiter’s attitude is not it. Overall, a bad experience.
