The staff and food were amazing. The staff friendly and helpful. There was different types of food to suit all tastes. It was a relaxing atmosphere great for a Sunday lunch and it also had a live DJ. It is suitable for couples, family, groups or colleagues to get together for an enjoyable time. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. Loved it. Think can book on OpenTable Highly recommend it

The ambiance is very nice, the service good and friendly. I was invited by friends and as a guest the experience was ok but considering the price they had to pay it is not worthy at all. You can eat and drink much better in a lot of other places in London
Be the first to ReplyA memorable, fabulous Champagne Brunch!
This Hotel is a real gem and the chefs are fantastic - the food is divine with all tastes catered for that I don't know where to begin but the starters with the array of smoked salmon (top quality) and sushami was exceptional. Moving onto the Sunday roast the sirloin of beef just melted in the mouth with the crispiest of roast potatoes, tasty root vegetables, gravy and freshly cooked greens! Everything was superb....then the champagne glass kept being filled up by the champagne fairy? I had to decline at some stage when the desserts were calling! This was a true test of will power and I failed due to all the choices from hot sticky toffee pudding, chocolate fountain (kids loved that) and the heavenly creme brulee, macaroons, cheesecake and then the cheese board was spotted? Yes, there was room for creamy cornish yarg cheese and coffee. It is all set in a relaxing environment with a singer and pianist so make the time to treat yourself. You will not regret it! The waiting staff are so attentive and professional and special thanks to Andrei.

Four of us came here on a friends recommendation as a celebration of my early retirement. What a fantastic experience we had, the wonderful choice of tasty food, the constant top ups of the chilled champagne, and the quality of the service was second to none. All of the servers were on the ball but a special mention goes to Elizabeth our main hostess with the mostess!! We had the best time and look forward to a return visit, thank you for making this a very special memorable experience.

We’ve visited the landmark for Sunday brunch many tines. The last 4yrs myself and girlfriends always celebrate there for Christmas and this year we’re going elsewhere. We’ve bought other friends to treat them to brunch for a 60th birthday. They couldn’t stop talking about it . We were able to take dessert home in beautiful landmark boxes. It was wonderful. I bought my family here in June as I was going on about how wonderful it is. The service the food and atmosphere. I can honestly say it was so disappointing bringing our boys. Our children are adults and the eldest who’s 27 didn’t eat any main as the potatoes where soft, the Yorkshire puddings flats and moist. The food just wasn’t hot. He had the breakfast and some dessert. He looked up the champagne and couldn’t believe how cheap it was. The staff were nice on topping up and entertainment very good however, there are many other brunches in London that are more worthy of sending £110 per head plus 12.5% I wouldn’t be spending over £400 for food that’s unsatisfying . I can truly cook better at home. So very disappointing but understand many would say it’s fine to have substandard food and it’s the company and ambience that makes a special occasion !!

We have been to many restaurants/hotels all over the world offering champagne brunch and this is one of the best. Our son's birthday which was acknowledged and the free flow champagne was really free flow. Although we had a trainee waiter the service was still very good. Food was a great variety. Personally I really enjoyed the sushi, salads and poached eggs. There were some lovely carved joints and a fabulous selection of desserts. There was a pianist and singer to entertain as well. The restaurant itself is very attractive. Yes it isn't cheap but it is memorable for a special occasion. We will certainly return if this present format continues. You do need to book well in advance as it is very popular.

My best friend treated me for my 50th birthday & I was really impressed. The Winter Garden surroundings are wonderful, there was a live singer & pianist throughout the 2.5 hours, which was lovely. Attentive staff especially Cosmin & Astrit who kept topping up our champagne glasses throughout our time at the table. They were both extremely customer focused, friendly & courteous. There were salads, shellfish, a full breakfast buffet, three meat carvery and desserts of all kinds. Nikki was lovely when my friend paid the bill & put my birthday cup cake in a Landmark cake box. We went downstairs to the Mirror bar where we had another fizz or two and were served by Gergerly, who was very attentive, cheerful and customer focused. All in all we both an amazing time.

Our family of five visited in celebration of my wife's birthday. Following a visit to Singapore and brunch at The Fullerton earlier this year, we wanted to find something similar in London - and this was as close as we could get. A little research suggested that brunch here wouldn't be so grand and our expectations were adjusted accordingly! Well, I'm pleased to report those expectations were met wholeheartedly. There was more than enough choices for a very filling and long lunch, and whilst perhaps a few grander offerings such as Lobster wouldn't go amiss given the price per person, we had few complaints. Service was genuine and warm, and our glasses were never more than half empty. I'm not aware of anything similar in London, so I truly hope The Landmark keep this going. We are already looking for a reason to return!
