Wonderful experience!
Unfortunately, I believe BLT is gone for good. It's not listed on the BLT corporate website so I bet it doesn't survive COVID. :( My family loved going to BLT when we're in Vegas. The steaks are incredible as well as the popover rolls...soooooo good! It's sad that this "hidden gem" in the back of Bally's didn't make it.

My favorite restaurant in Vegas, however they are closed currently this should be posted prominently on Trip Advisors web site as well as BLT's web site. Very disappointed!

Wonderful, wonderful restaurant. Excellent service and food. 100 times better than Ramsey’s Steak! Unfortunately, this place closed down when COVID hit and hasn’t been opened since. No word about when or even if it will. I called the Bally’s front desk and nobody has heard anything. I tried to get in touch with BLT corporate office via email and got no reply. Funny thing is everything else in the Caesar’s casinos has reopened already. What’s going on? My plans for our next vacation are on hold until I find out. My family doesn’t want to eat at another steak house. We want BLT back!!!!

We love BLT in Bally's. We go every time we're in LV. Just waiting for it to reopen. The hotel has been open for a while, but not BLT. Has anyone heard anything about the reopening?
Be the first to ReplyBest Steak I've ever had
They had a special the night we were there. Ordered the Wagyu Skirt Steak that was the best steak I've ever had. They plan to add it as a regular menu item. My wife had the Filet that was absolutely perfect. Their complimentary popovers are always a treat.

The lady and I were out for a stroll on the strip in search of some food. After about 10 minutes of walking she suddenly said she was craving some steak. It was quite the surprise to me considering she rarely eats steak. We found a couple steak spots prior to finding blt, they were all unaccommodating at the time of us trying to eat. We saw some signs for blt steak that Took us into Bally’s. Blt steak was tucked back in a corner away from all the hustle and bustle. It was a small wait time but we decided to sit at the bar and eat, considering it was quite nice and everyone sitting at the bar looked like they were eating and having a great time. The staff from the hostess to the bartenders were great. They started of with their house pop overs, I have been literally having dreams about them since. The menu was great a bit pricey but given location, reputation, what else would you expect. I ordered the cowboy steak and she had the fillet, Accompanied with the mashed potatoes and mushrooms. All were simply amazing including the cocktails. All in all this place was great.

Very disappointing meal! I had the Tuna Tartare and the 2 pound lobster. The tuna tartare was great. However my main meal was not a succulent 2 pound lobster! The lobster was very salty and underdone. There were no claws as expected , but just 2 pieces of under cooked meat . It was a total disappointment. Beware of what you order!

Okay, it's really hard to give this restaurant a glowing review because it is like 2-3 different restaurants in 1. The menu is great, especially if you are a carnivore. We feasted on food that was enough to share, although the server neglected to tell us exactly how large the portions were. If you are headed to a show or into the casino, you don't really want to carry around your leftovers. So, there is definitely a lot of waste if you aren't an enormous eater. What I call excess others would absolutely call VALUE. But, for normal or average eaters, just know the food is abundant. The popovers are super delicious, and I have it on good authority that they are even tempting to a gluten-free person. The service was good, not out-of-this-world great, but good. Our server was friendly and responsive. My one issue was we had a birthday at our table, and she asked for a dessert recommendation. He gave one, and she said she didn't care for one of the ingredients (bananas), but he kept pushing the one dessert that he either really believed would change her mind, or that was one of his favorites. I tried it, and I like bananas, but I thought it was just meh. Another issue worth mentioning was that we had a reservation, but were asked to stand in the lounge and wait for 10-15 minutes, while the other reservations were seated. It was odd. It was an early seating, and the restaurant was practically empty. Basically the lounge was filled with people waiting for their tables, not having cocktails... In our case, we had a time constraint, so we found it a bit unnerving. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, but there was virtually no continuity between the hype, the service, and the food. It is also missing the steak house vibe or ambience one would expect in a place like this. I am on the fence about whether or not I would return to this restaurant, especially since there are so many amazing choices in Vegas.
Be the first to ReplyWe went in for the Sunday
We went in for the Sunday Sterling brunch with such high hopes Unlimited lobster unlimited king crab filet mignon and so on. The lobster is flavorless and overcooked the Kravis flavorless and overcooked the filet mignon the flavor is just not there I believe it was appraised I’m not a fan of braised beef so the service was average the environment was very nice but you had line servers drinking bottles of water pulling them out of their pocket while serving food. The property has so much potential but there’s so many small things falling through the cracks hear that for $125 it’s a waste of your time
