Underrated. Excellent choice for a restaurant. Great meal from appetizer to dessert.
Service, ambience and food exceptional. Wine list and drink menu excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I had the burger, and I am very fussy about my burgers. This was cooked to perfection and the staff was accommodating for any requests. Highly recommend!

Perfect meat, cooked to perfection. Impeccable service. Small problem with wines by the glass, they don't have everything on the menu and suggest a riesling to replace a pinot gris ๐ค Brasserie to recommend for good food
Be the first to ReplyFrench toast is a must!
Oscar was a top notch waiter. We came for the famous French toast, but he told us to order several things and share, so we did. That made the while experience so much better! We also wanted the escargot, but Oscar told us they don't have it on the menu anymore, but he was able to pull some strings and got us a couple plates. He was amazing! We also had a 2 year old with us, and gave him a nutella filled bread! He was so happy! Service is amazing, and the food is top notch. The greatest French toast I have ever had!
Be the first to ReplyExcellent food but neither quiet nor romantic
We were here for a Valentine's Day dinner but did not order off the prix fixe menu. I was a little annoyed being seated at a table in the thoroughfare next to the boisterous bar where conventioneers were two deep despite our reservations. They did not offer any alternative. This is a classic and lengthy French bistro menu with an amazing amount of seafood offered. Let me say at the outside that the food was excellent across the board, but the service far too casual and hectic to match the prices and ambiance. This restaurant exemplifies the problem with so many restaurants these days where you end up being waited on by a dozen different people. The water, bread, every course, etc. gets rushed and breathlessly plopped down in front of you by a different person. We only saw our waitress at the beginning and end of the meal. There is no coordination of effort. Thus, we never got our cocktails and had to ask again when the main entrees arrived. Then the manager served them and when we commented on that he said "well better late than never." I think not. We must have been asked repeatedly by five separate people we did not recognize how the meal was. Again the lack of consistent service. The Maine lobster starter was an enormous amount of a full halved lobster and the escargot were perfect. I fell back into my usual mussels and fries which were again an enormous serving. They did not come back with a bowl for the shells until we were half way through the mussels. Given the quantity of food we did not order desert. If you do not mind the noise and energy, you can have a fine meal here. It is not a romantic restaurant for a special evening out (but maybe no Las Vegas restaurant is). It came to about $100 per person after tip.

Everything is delicious and huge portions. From the signature Wellington and quiche to the pastry basket we enjoyed it all. The atmosphere is quaint and service is good.

Be the first to ReplyLoud band and salty food
Had lunch here on NYE. Limited french bistro brunch menu. Hard to talk and order, the band was playing so loudly The beef tartare was ok, slightly too salty. The beef hash very salty. The onion soup crazy salty. I donโt think the french goes wild with salt like this 5/10

Menu has nothing exceptional. The restaurant itself is ordinary. The service is rushed and the prices should be cut in half
Be the first to ReplySomewhat Disappointing
They missed the bday request on the reservations so nothing happened. Server was just that.. No personal touch no conversation other then ordering did not add anything to the experience. Food was so so. Had the filet cooked med rare was way under cooked fish was bland. If I go back it will only to have drinks at the bar great cocktails
Be the first to ReplySplurge-worthy at the Aria
Excellent service. Lively restaurant. Food was great, as expected, for the price. I wouldnโt go out of my way to go to this restaurant. However, if youโre staying at the Aria, itโs a good option. It is not a traditional Brassiere. However, our dinners were good and service was exceptional. New Sommelier. He had an excellent recommendation in our price range. French Onion Soup was absolutely incredible! Roasted Chicken was perfectly prepared. Mushroom Pudding was quite dry, which was unfortunate. My husband had the NY steak with duck fat fries, both were good. Too full for dessert. I would return, if we are staying at the Aria, to enjoy the French Onion Soup and Wine in the Bar.

Shocked to say the least reading the bad reviews. We had the Most beautiful brunch . The food was outstanding as was the service. Not a bad price considering the quality of produce. Will definitely return in June when we come back
Be the first to ReplyVery good
We came for an anniversary brunch. My husband had the famous French toasts and for me the almond syrup was too much, you can ask for mapple but a little to late for us. My husband liked them, not my favorite. I had Benedictโs and were done to perfection. Good ambiance and they were able to accommodate my husbandโs request of an anniversary dessert at the end.

Reservation, prompt seating. Started with escargot, as you don't find them often. Followed with French Onion soup, then the filet. Filet was cooked perfectly, I told him I wanted to see the animal walk out of the kitchen on its own, it was charred and rare-rare in the center. All was very good, service was attentive, Food came out kind of slow, but probably just busy kitchen, wasn't a big deal. Will return.

This was a nice place for dinner. Had a private room for business and only complaint is that it was a little tight but not too bad. Got the French onion soup and was pretty standard. Not the best but not the worst Iโve had. Got to try the escargot which was fantastic and really tasty great in a pesto sauce. Had the filet mignon cooked medium rare and they cooked it to perfection. The Mac and spinach sides were perfect accompaniments. Finished off the meal with a chocolate macaroon, espresso creme brรปlรฉe and Mille-feuille. Way too much food but fantastic meal. Service was solid and would eat here again. Canโt comment on value for price as I didnโt pay.

We went there this week when we were down for business. We had the meat charcuterie to start and it was good. For main course 3 of us split the beef Wellington. I dont think I have ever had a better piece of meat and the portion was big. Alsp the waiter was very good and took good care of us.

It was our first visit to Las Vegas after Covid-19, and we missed going to a nice French restaurant. We don't want fine dining but a decent French brasserie. Bardot definitely fits that description. The service was good and the food was good. My aunts all chose the Pan Roasted Foie Gras starter, which was excellent, according to them. I enjoyed my Poached Pear salad. For main courses, we shared the 16 ozed herb-roasted prime rib with an excellent bowl of creamy spinach. The prime rib was delicious. We also shared the signature Whole Roasted Duck and I love the red rice stuffed inside the duck. The food truly did not disappoint. Unfortunately we were too full to order any dessert. It was a memorable dinner and hopefully the beginning of many trips to Las Vegas.
Be the first to ReplyGreat way to spend our last evening in Vegas
We had seen advertising on the Aria tram for Bardot so chose to visit. The quality of this meal was exceptional. The servers were also delightful. We don't tend to visit "celebratory chef" restaurants but this one was faultless.
Be the first to ReplyLousy Service
Had a reservation and opted to eat in the bar instead of the dining hall. When we ordered the Croque Madame we were told by our waitress that we could not customize any orders. We did not want the egg on the sandwich for allergy reasons. We were told the orders could be customized. Shocking considering how many good allergies exist.
Be the first to ReplyHidden but worth it!
This restaurant isn't easy to find as it's tucked away behind and above the casino in the ARIA hotel, but it is completely worth the effort to find. As with other reviewers, I agree the food is amazing, but the added bonus of a fantastic staff make this place really stand out. You expect to have good food in Vegas, but we were pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff. Oscar was particularly kind and even brought out a special treat for our anniversary!

We stopped by for an app and drink before dinner at Carbone. We should have just stayed here. Staff at the bar was great.
Be the first to ReplyMediocre Food
Disappointing meal - 2 drinks, 2 starters, 2 main dishes, truffle fries and bottle of wine. Decent French 75, nice bottle of Chablis and very good Heritage Chicken. Everything else was very mediocre (fascinated how that could make such a beautiful Cote du Porc so tasteless). Service was great except when our wine glasses ran dry and no-one new where the rest of our bottle was. Not recommended.
Be the first to ReplyA must!
Amazing food. I ordered the Beef Wellington which is a hard dish to get right and the truffle mashed potatoes. Insanely good. Great atmosphere and great staff. Highly recommend.

My husband and I hosted 16 people total at Bardot Brasserie the morning after our wedding. We had everything booked well in advance and had a pre-set menu. The service was outstanding with our group, and the food was amazing (and there was so much of it)! I appreciate the entire staff for coordinating everything so well with our group and we will definitely come back.

Such an amazing experience. Our server Andrea was very menu knowledgeable and her beef tare tare recommendation was spot on. Andrea and the sommelier Albert collaborated to give us a special wine pairing for our dinner. The beef Wellington is the best Iโve ever had. Highly recommended.
