Artisan Bistro Boston Reviews from The Last Year
Good enough, barely.
I am at the Ritz, arrived late and wanted to eat before retiring. The good news is this place was open and available (not always the case at Boston hotels). The bad news is the food was very meh. Clam chowder too thick, more of a stew, too much bacon. The lobster roll was better but still just ok. It'd be nice if the Ritz improved this place.
Stepping into Artisan Bistro was like finding a hidden gem
Stepping into Artisan Bistro was like finding a hidden gem in the heart of Boston. From the first bite of the Tuna Crisps to the last spoonful of the Braised oxtails with Pappardelle, each dish was a delightful surprise. The short rib chorizo eggrolls were flaky and packed with succulent meat, a true treat for the taste buds! And the Berry & Nut Salad? Simply a burst of freshness! The cozy ambiance and the cheerful staff only added to the charm of the evening. Artisan Bistro has quickly become a favorite of mine, and I'm already planning my next culinary adventure here!
Very a unique and classy breakfast spot.
Service attendants were very good and fun to talk to. The food was good. The egg rolls are amazing. Had a very good time.
Fantastic attentive waitstaff at this bistro.
The mussels were fantastic. The red cherry tomatoes were delicious and also the mussel too. The sour dough bread was good too. The truffle fries were made for 2-4 people. They were garlicky good.
Myself and 2 other individuals went for brunch on a Sunday
Myself and 2 other individuals went for brunch on a Sunday recently. Our reservation was for 11:15 and we had tickets for a 1pm show at a theater that was a 5 min walk away, so we figured we had enough time for a nice meal. We put our drink orders in after a couple minutes which was nice. It was then close to a 30 minute wait just to get our food order taken. Followed by an additional 30 minutes to get two of our three entrees. There was apparently an issue with the third entree which caused a further delay. We did not receive the last entree until almost 12:40, 20 minutes before showtime. The frustration caused by this made it impossible to enjoy any of the meal. The third entree was comped which was nice however I still can't recommend this restaurant. The communication was poor and the manager who was continuously walking around didn't even bother stopping by to apologize. For the price and the fact that it's the Ritz Carlton, you'd expect much better service.
Ate here on a Saturday before a show at the Wang.
Service was perfect, server ver attentive. I had the price fixe for dining week. App. great, duck confit tender w a great bean and pepperoni sauce. What a great place before the theater. Loved it!
Double billed one couple
It was a reasonable evening with a $150 dollar charge. They added a $30 service charge which is unusual for a party of 4. It turns out they double billed our friends $360. Nothing for us. While I appreciate that.... they have asked all of us to pay our share of the total amount without any reduction for inconvenience. While you may think I'm being unreasonable, I've had Bills partially comped for far less inconvenience. I am paying the bill, but with a sense of displeasure.
Literally just so bad.
The waiter was really nice but the food was horrendous. The eggs were really over cooked and rubbery. There was no seasoning on anything. Definitely not worth the price. :(
Food was okay but service was horrible! luckily my husband
Food was okay but service was horrible! luckily my husband was not drinking his water as I ran completely out of drink and had to drink his water. I only had soup which took fore and my husband had a burger that took over 20 minutes to get. server had an assistant with him but sadly did not get stellar service as you would expect from a restaurant inside the Ritz Carlton.

Thank you for the question, if a seller is working on answering your bid, you cannot cancel it until their time is up and the bid is released back to you. The full amount of funds then go back into your AT account. Typically a seller has 48-72 hours to complete the bid.
